“The New Year’s miracle of Dzerzhinsk” — this is how the story of Musya and Kuzy, two faithful companions, whose devotion left them waiting at the closed threshold of their own home, began to be called.

And then Elena appeared — the savior angel for these kids. With her help, thanks to a video that spread across TikTok, the whole country soon learned about Musa and Kuza. And soon a man with a big heart was found, ready to take them under his roof. A kind woman from Dzerzhinsk, who already has two cats and a dog, took in stray pets and immediately took them to the veterinarian. There it turned out that Musya had minor eye diseases — conjunctivitis, and she was pregnant.
This sad but happily ending story of Musi and Kuzi touched many hearts. Such rescue is real magic, giving abandoned animals hope for a new destiny. All creatures deserve warmth and comfort, and this story reminded us of this, leaving us to imagine how many trials the cat and dog had to endure when they were left on that humble threshold.

We know many cases when animals came to the graves of their owners, lay down there and died of grief and hunger — this is an unimaginable quality for many people.
I would like to believe that Musya and Kuzya found their own corner in a house with kind-hearted people, found a common language with the animals already living there and became part of a large and loving family. And those who are thinking about getting a pet should seriously consider this decision, because a living creature requires constant and responsible care.
